First timer! Had a daith piercing done. Nicki is very friendly and so easy to chat with! Her space is so professional and very clean and bright. She really made me feel totally comfortable and at ease. She is very professional and down to earth.

I just can’t say enough good things about Nicki! I am 66 years young and I really struggled with self confidence my entire life. As I got older my eyebrows completely disappeared, and what I had left is grey. Walking into Nicki’s space I felt an immediate calmness and felt so comfortable right off the bat. She really does make you feel like a long lost friend whom you hadn’t seen in years and have so much to catch up on. All of my questions were answered, any concerns I had were put to rest, the appointment didn’t feel rushed, and I just couldn’t wait to book back with her again. Today I had my brows done and the tears were overwhelming. I feel so beautiful and cared for, for the first time in 66 years. After my brows were done she pointed out my dry skin, asked what I was using (the answer is nothing) and offered to give me a complimentary facial. My first facial ever and my skin is so glowy! Great experience with Nicki, had 2 tattoos done under the collarbones and a fairly elaborate design. Tattoos turned out perfect and the overall atmosphere is like having a coffee date with a close friend, even though you are strangers to eachother. Nearly painless too so thats a bonus.

I got permanent eyeliner last weekend with Nicki. This was my first appointment for service. I did a local search for a technician for permanent MU/microblading and found her information. The appointment was great, she is personable, I felt comfortable and thrilled with the results! Will be going back for eyebrows next!

Had 4 piercings by Nicki after I went to a well known shop in Barrie that pierced everything completely wrong with the wrong jewelry so I ended up with the biggest piercing bumps and infections. I let all of the holes grow over and Nicki reported them the right way and now they’re doing great Thanks Nicki!

Best brow artist out there. Can’t say anything negative about Nicki, her work, and her space. I used to see her when she was downtown but hated going there because the atmosphere was always so negative and the other ladies in the salon were so rude. My brows look absolutely amazing 3 years later and I still don’t even need a touchup

Nicki was wonderful! Clean and calm atmosphere. She made my daughter feel comfortable and eased her fears for her first peircing. My daughter was incredibly happy with her nose piercing!
